Following government guidance, Restaurant Six will open outside seating and inside dining for tables of six from May 17 serving guests of the hotel as well as external customers and bookings.
Ben Carey, General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn said: “It’s wonderful to see all the work we have done as a partnership with the wider Smithfield scheme team come to fruition. We wanted to take the time to consider the restaurant brand within the hotel to ensure it had meaning and purpose. The realisation of a restaurant with a distinct identity that will appeal to a wide-ranging audience is an exciting prospect for the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.
“Restaurant Six opening up post-lockdown signals an exciting time for the hotel as we welcome the return of visitors and prepare for a period of greater success. The restaurant will add to the buzzing atmosphere of Smithfield and we are greatly looking forward to its emergence as a dynamic addition to Smithfield’s lifestyle offerings.”
The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel’s fresh new brand ‘Six’, will provide another opportunity for the Smithfield scheme to focus on community-building in Stoke-on-Trent.
