Attendance to the Coronation Weekend at Smithfield is free of charge, and no ticket is required.
Visitor numbers will be monitored, and in the event of overcrowding, Smithfield, Genr8 and Pastiche Worldwide reserve the right to halt the screening in order to safely manage numbers.
All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. A Lost Child Policy will be in place.
A limited supply of ice cream, pizza slices, and drinks will be available for approximately 500 attendees gratis. Visitors may be able to purchase additional ice cream and drinks after this number have been served. For allergen information, please speak with the vendors directly on the day.
Alcohol will only be served to those over the age of 18, and ID will be required. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
Filming and photography will be taking place throughout the weekend for the benefit of Smithfield, Genr8, Stoke on Trent City Council, the UK Government, and other partners and suppliers. Should you not wish to be photographed, please speak to the event team on the day.
